We're excited to announce the latest new features that have been added to our native RCM commerce platform.
These features have been added to our core solution, and can be requested to be easily added into our client's versions. Please speak with your account manager if you wish to arrange a demo of these features, or would like these adding into your roadmap.

Merchandise your Search Results!
Probably our most-common requested feature, ever. We now have the native capability of managing your site search results with even more control than before.
Often referred to as 'Searchandising', this feature cannot be found natively in any other eCommerce platform.
You can positively or negatively boost a type of products within global search results and exact phrase searches.
Create a Customer 'Pay by Link'
If you use Ayden as your PSP, you can benefit from our new native 'Pay By Link' feature, which allows you to create a unique URL to send to your customers.
This can be used for generating a secure page for your customers to pay you, for an exact amount that you specify.

Highlight your 'Featured products'
Within a PLP, you can now tick which products you wish to show as 'featured' - which converts that product to be full-width.
This feature highlights a particular product and allows the customers to see 3 product images simultaneously.
Here is an example of a blue denim jacket being set as 'featured'.
Insert videos as PLP adverts
Do you want to bring your PLPs to life and introduce some movement into the page? Video adverts can help with this.
When uploading PLP adverts, you can now upload a video format file too.

Add negative balance factors into your retailing rules
This is another commonly requested feature! You can now add a negative balance factor which dampens instead of boosting particular types of products within PLPs.
This can be used in the opposite way to normal, so instead of boosting colours/sizes/seasons/etc, you can simply suppress the products you wish to.
Duplicate an order in 1 click
Customers often need to place a duplicate order to their previous one, with customer service teams needing the ability to create a new order that feeds into their OMS/ERP.

Define shipping price overrides for postcode ranges
Delivery prices are often defined at a 'area' level, so that the price for delivery to Nottinghamshire (NG) can be different to the Highlands (PH).
However, when you need more control, you can now use our price overrides function to define the price for postcodes within sub-districts, so NG1 and NG5 postcodes can have a different price.
