Overview
Direct Soccer has been supplying sportswear since 1997 in particular football kits and equipment from the likes of Nike, Stanno, Mitre and many more.
The challenge
Direct Soccer had been with a web agency for a number of years, with its website built on the Visualsoft platform.
However, a lack of flexibility was harming online sales performance, while the team was becoming increasingly frustrated by periods of downtime along with and poor service and support.
It needed to rebuild from the ground up, on a new agile platform backed by responsive support - but also need to deliver the project on an accelerated timescale.
The solution
The team at Direct Soccer selected Remarkable Commerce to fulfil both requirements - building a new, high-performance ecommerce site on the Remarkable Commerce Platform, while providing both developer skills and ongoing support.
Direct Soccer's new site went live weeks later, complete with advanced commerce functionality and a bespoke personalisation system embedded within the primary customer journey.
As series of integrations - from a team kit builder to Trustpilot, Microsoft Dynamics Nav and Klaviyo - as well as native drag and drop CMS and more, gave Direct Soccer the ideal, joined-up commerce environment
