Overview
Founded in 2002, Pure Collection is now one of the largest online retailers of cashmere in the world. In 2020 they had outgrown their previous platform and needed to migrate to allow for fresh growth.
The challenge
When Langholm Investments acquired Pure Collection in May 2020 it needed to rapidly migrate the brand from its previous platform - to prepare the business for rapid sales growth. Migrating the storefront to sit within the existing technology stack was the goal, to allow the Pure team to trade more efficiently.
The replatforming process needed to include the seamless, secure transfer of all data into a new ERP system, plus integration with warehousing and a range of other business systems.
