Suit Direct is part of The Baird Group, one of the UK's most diverse menswear companies operating at all levels of the market. With stores throughout the UK and a powerful online presence it has established itself as a household name in the mens' suits, accessories and shoes market.
However, after several years of continued investment the site had failed to deliver the anticipated returns. As a result, the board at The Baird Group resolved to take radical action and went out to market seeking a partner capable of delivering on its ambitions.
The challenge
Prior to establishing a close partnership with Remarkable Commerce, Suit Direct's online proposition site was built on the Magento platform and managed by an internal team based at The Baird Group HQ in Leeds.
The Solution
The Baird Group chose Remarkable Commerce as its new digital partner and, just eight weeks later, the business was live on the Remarkable Commerce Platform.
Stand out Feature
With many thousands of product SKUs, Suit Direct were wishing to help their customers find the products they are interested in, with an interactive and useful product discovery tool. Suit Direct commissioned Remarkable Commerce to build a custom filtering function, where the customer chooses their product attributes and sizes, and is then presented with the filtered products - this helps the customer to quickly find exact items.
