Mix any combination or mixture of multi-buy promotions, such as 3 for £20, 3 for £25 and 3 for £30. This strategy is used by retailers to encourage many different types of customers to purchase. You can create custom bundles and multi-buy deals in seconds.

Manage your red-pen Promotions outside your PIM

Commonly, red-pen promotions (auto-applying discounts that are shown on PLP and PDP, without a basket code being applied) can only be applied at PIM/Master-of-product level, but our Promotions module allows for discounts to be applied on the promotion settings page.

How many promotion types are available?

There are 8 main promotion types, with around 20 settings for each of them, meaning in total there are over 100,000 different combinations of Promotions.

What training is available?

All new clients are given training as part of their onboarding process. Training is delivered by our platform specialists who have deep expertise in the functionality and capability of our admin. We also have a detailed documentation website that is helpful to use as a reference point.

How do we create a new promotion type?

Requesting a new type of promotion is easy to do, and is easy to achieve too. This is possible as all Remarkable clients have their own unique version of the platform admin, so this unlocks a fast-track approach to adding custom options like a new promotion type.

Can I schedule a promotion by the minute?

Yes, very easily! Like most of the admin modules, there is scheduling functionality which allows admin business users to schedule a promotion to launch or end by minute.

Which admin users can create and manage a promotion?

Permission groups are configured by master admin users, so you can define which permission group has access to the Promotions module. This gives you granular control over which users can create and manage promotions.

What reports can we run on promotions?

Out of the box, there are multiple reports in the Reporting module, that use the Promotions engine data. You can run reports on Promotions performance such as voucher code usage.

Can a promotion feed other sales channels?

When channels (like TikTok shop) are connected and configured with the Promotions module, you can apply particular discount types to apply to each product feed.

Is the module stand alone or tightly coupled to the platform?

The Promotions module is decoupled with the platform admin and can be digested in a composable approach.
