Customers can handle returns entirely through their account: selecting items, giving reasons, and getting automatic updates without contacting customer service.

Set criteria within RWM in line with your returns policy and this will then automatically be applied when any customer engages with the returns process.

Customer no longer need to print anything off, a barcode will be sent via email that they can use to return items at Post Office or other designated locations.

RWM allows for the automated printing of despatch notes and returns paperwork including labels if required.
