Renowned women’s clothing chain Evans, has been acquired by AK Retail Holdings, the group of brands which includes Yours Clothing, BadRhino, Long Tall Sally, Pixie Girl and M&Co.
The asset purchase agreement for the 93-year-old Evans will involve the opening of a new warehouse in Peterborough for the rapidly expanding Yours Clothing business.
Evans will be re-platformed onto the Remarkable Commerce platform, the home of many UK retailers which have traded against the grain of the industry-wide performance degradation, and seen fantastic eCommerce growth over the last 5 years.
The Remarkable Commerce technology enables retailers to unlock speed, agility and growth by being the UK's most customisable and limitless eCommerce platform.
