Klass go-live on Remarkable Commerce

Eleganze Limited (an established UK ladies retailer who design, manufacture and sell ladies clothing though the Klass and Anna Rose brands) approached Remarkable Commerce in late 2021, after researching their competitors and finding many of which were already using the Remarkable Commerce platform. Their ambition was to relaunch their website on a modern architecture, to unlock their growth potential.

The re-platforming project began in late 2022, and progressed through 2023. Klass worked closely with their dedicated build team at Remarkable, to integrate their existing systems with the new platform. Klass used the Remarkable platform APIs to push and pull products, stock and orders - back into their own internal systems, which they wished to retain.

The project deliverables were:

• Re-platformed from an internally built platform to Remarkable Commerce

• Tightly integrated with Klass internal PIM, Stock and OMS systems

• Custom Refunds and Royal Mail Refunds Code Generator

• Payments via WorldPay, PayPal and Klarna

• DotDigital for Email (marketing campaigns and transactional)

The Remarkable Commerce technology enables retailers to unlock speed, agility and growth by being the UK's most customisable and limitless eCommerce platform.
