Remarkable are pleased to announce and welcome a new clothing retailer into our client portfolio – premium menswear brand, Joseph Turner!
Created in Yorkshire over 20 years ago, Joseph Turner have have built up a strong reputation in selling high quality clothing in easy, wearable styles. Their collections and designs are influenced by their strong connection to the Yorkshire landscape and lifestyle. Many of their customers enjoy purchasing multiple times a year for both themselves, and their friends and family.
Joseph Turner approached Remarkable in 2020, with the ambition of upgrading their existing and strong online presence. They had recognised and liked the websites of other similar premium brands (Ben Sherman, Moss Bros, Jeff Banks and more).
Within 6 months, we have replatformed Joseph Turner onto the Remarkable Commerce platform and technology stack – enabling them to begin growing at a faster rate and with more flexibility.
The new eCommerce technology offers a range of new functionality to improve the customer journey when shopping, including:
3 unique storefronts, for the UK, USA and a specific Customer Service version. Each of these sites is interconnected, so that the Joseph Turner team are only updating particular information once and not multiple times.
Dynamic content slots on the PDP layout – these slots allow for Joseph Turner to insert relevant content, promoting key features or elements of the product, into a group of product pages.
Fully custom and tailored checkout journey, taking best-practice UX from the Remarkable Commerce platform and having full control over the layout, flow and styling.
